The skyrocketing prices of gas have really hurt a lot of people nationwide. The latest victim of the pain in the pump is a local post office in NH. Police said that gas from at least two US Postal Service delivery vehicles was siphoned out while parked outside the post office. One of the vehicles hit was the postmaster's government issued SUV. Don't worry all mails were still delivered on time despite the incident. The same thing happened just few weeks before this in another NH town, where residents of that town complained that their tanks were emptier than before they parked their cars outside of their homes. So there is gas thieves on the loose here visiting the neighborhood and leaving with full can of gas. Police urged the people to park their cars in well lit areas, always lock their cars and buy locking gas cap to avoid the same incident from happening again. Well as long as the gas prices keep going up, I have a feeling that this will go on for a while.
