The long line of motorists backed up for miles as they waited for their turn to fill up their tank of gas as early as 5:30am today. A Gulf gas station in Worcester, MA announced that it will sell their fuel at cut-rate prices at 7am. Wow, imagine filling up your tank at $1.99 a gallon instead of the average $4.09, even just for a day. You would think that the operator of this gas station is insane for rolling back the prices but the rollback was sponsored by Digital Federal Credit Union in an effort to thank the community, which was very noble. The rollback lasted until 1pm today. When I heard about the news on TV this morning I thought it was statewide so I told hb to go ahead fill up his tank, but nah only in one station in Worcester, MA. We could only wish that gas prices would go down again to $1.99 right?
