Going on Vacay Soon and Hope to Meet Bloggers in Person

It's been ages since I last updated this blog and I apologize for that. I have been pre-occupied with getting ready for our two-month vacation in the Philippines. I have mixed emotions about this - excited to see my family but also sad to leave hb behind. Unfortunately, hb won't be able to join us but he's optimistic about getting some time off towards the end of September. I'm keeping my fingers crossed (toes included, lol) that he could follow us. Ever since he assumed his new job, he's been working his butt off and traveling more than 50% of the time. I wish we could spend more time together before my son and I leave. But he's away on business trip right now and we only have exactly a week left when he comes back.

Anyway, aside from different milestones in the family to celebrate, this vacation also excites me because it means I will have a chance to meet in person some blogger buddies that I knew online. I'm looking forward to meet the couple Liza and Joel, and Tita Beng just to name a few. There are a lot of other Pinoy bloggers from in and out of Manila that I would like to meet too. Hopefully we could squeeze in some time to meet guys, see you all!
