Reunion with Old Friends

The weather was great today, so perfect for outdoor activities with kids, exactly what we did today. The little guy had a playdate with his two old Gymboree buddies today, Jake and Daniel. They had fun time playing in the popup swimming pool; taking turns in squirting water everywhere; jumped back and forth through a sprinkler; played golf; and a lot of running around. They played really well, was very good in taking turns in using some toys [most of the time]. They had a snack of pizza, frozen yogurt, pospsicle, and ice cream.

Of course the moms had a great time chatting the time away, catching up with all the happenings in our respective lives. If only Jake didn't have a baseball class late in the afternoon, we could have stayed for much longer. But I could see that the kids were a little tired already and I was predicting that they will have a good night's sleep. True enough, during the long car ride, the little guy fell asleep easily, he was actually wiped out.

We missed our friends badly, we all thought we should do playdates more often. That's why we planned another one in mid July at our Korean's friend's house this time. We hope to invite the other Gymboree buddies to complete the gang.
